The location is excellent, near Wat Pho, Grand Palace, and Chao Praya River. There's a nice restaurant across the property. The owner was kind to let us check in early without extra charge. Close to convenience store and train station.

The bathroom was small and the cleanliness could be improved. The air conditioning took a little longer to cool the room, but it eventually worked fine.
